Caramel Velvet

A classic reinvented: the velvety fusion of warming caramel notes and the clean, intense finish of cold brew.


Ingredients

  • Medium tumbler glass (420 ml / 14 oz)

  • 200 g. of ice

  • 60 ml. plain PicoFuerte Cold Brew

  • 60 ml. frothed PicoFuerte Cold Brew

  • 150 ml. barista oat milk

  • 15 g. caramel syrup base

  • 10 g. caramel topping (for coating the glass)

  • 3–5 drops of foamer


Preparation

  • Swirl topping inside the glass (to coat the sides)

  • Pour the caramel syrup base into the glass

  • Add the ice

  • Pour in the oat milk

  • Add the plain PicoFuerte Cold Brew

  • Add the frothed PicoFuerte Cold Brew

  • Serve and then stir
