A classic reinvented: the velvety fusion of warming caramel notes and the clean, intense finish of cold brew.

Ingredients
Medium tumbler glass (420 ml / 14 oz)
200 g. of ice
60 ml. plain PicoFuerte Cold Brew
60 ml. frothed PicoFuerte Cold Brew
150 ml. barista oat milk
15 g. caramel syrup base
10 g. caramel topping (for coating the glass)
3–5 drops of foamer
Preparation
Swirl topping inside the glass (to coat the sides)
Pour the caramel syrup base into the glass
Add the ice
Pour in the oat milk
Add the plain PicoFuerte Cold Brew
Add the frothed PicoFuerte Cold Brew
Serve and then stir
