Pico Sunset

The elegance of the classic "Sbagliato" meets the energy of cold brew: a structured cocktail featuring bitter notes and the freshness of specialty coffee.


Ingredients

  • Low tumbler glass

  • ¾ oz sweet red vermouth

  • ¾ oz bitter

  • 2 oz PicoFuerte Cold Brew

  • 3 drops of saline solution (5 g. salt to 110 g. water)

  • 3–5 drops of foamer (e.g., Stillabunt Magic Velvet)

  • 100 g. of ice


Preparation

  • Pour the vermouth and bitter into the glass

  • Add 3 drops of saline solution

  • Add the ice

  • Froth the PicoFuerte Cold Brew in a shaker with the foamer

  • Pour the PicoFuerte into the glass
