The elegance of the classic "Sbagliato" meets the energy of cold brew: a structured cocktail featuring bitter notes and the freshness of specialty coffee.

Ingredients
Low tumbler glass
¾ oz sweet red vermouth
¾ oz bitter
2 oz PicoFuerte Cold Brew
3 drops of saline solution (5 g. salt to 110 g. water)
3–5 drops of foamer (e.g., Stillabunt Magic Velvet)
100 g. of ice
Preparation
Pour the vermouth and bitter into the glass
Add 3 drops of saline solution
Add the ice
Froth the PicoFuerte Cold Brew in a shaker with the foamer
Pour the PicoFuerte into the glass
