Shipping Locations

Pico Fuerte ships from the Canary Islands to all of Spain and Italy.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and the courier used for the specific route.

• Order Processing: 1–2 business days.

• Transit Time: We estimate delivery within a maximum of 10 business days from the shipping date.

• Please note that, due to the insular nature of our location and the customs procedures required for entry into the EU, occasional delays may occur that are not attributable to Pico Fuerte.

 

Customs and Taxes

It is essential to distinguish customs treatment based on the type of order:

• Private Orders (B2C): Zero Surprises. For purchases made by private customers through our e-commerce, we handle all customs procedures. We ship under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) term. You will not have to pay any duties or VAT to the courier: the price you pay on the website is the final price.

• Wholesale Orders (B2B): For orders intended for resellers and businesses, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, goods travel under the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) rule. The recipient is responsible for customs clearance and the payment of relevant taxes (local VAT and duties) upon the arrival of the goods in the country of destination.

We use various partner couriers depending on the weight and destination of the order to ensure the best possible service. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.
