Refund Policy

Our priority is for you to enjoy a perfect Pico Fuerte Cold Brew. However, as we deal with food and beverage products, specific rules apply to ensure everyone's safety.

 

Right of Withdrawal (Exclusions)

 

Pursuant to current regulations (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal (the so-called "right to change your mind" within 14 days) is excluded for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Therefore, we do not accept returns based on change of mind or because the product's taste is not to personal preference.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

 

If your order arrived damaged (crushed or opened cans, liquid leakage) or if you received the wrong product, you are entitled to a full refund or a free reshipment.

 

How to Request a Refund:

 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at info@picofuerte.com.

  • Include your order number in the message.

  • Attach clear photographs showing the damage to the cans and the packaging.

Once the damage is verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a new shipment, according to your preference.
