2. Object of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of Pico Fuerte brand products (Cold Brew Coffee) made remotely via the website's electronic network.

3. B2C and B2B Customers

The website addresses two types of users, each subject to different conditions:

  • Consumers (B2C): Natural persons purchasing for purposes outside of their trade, business, craft, or profession.

  • Professionals/Resellers (B2B): Companies, bars, or restaurants purchasing for professional purposes through the Wholesale area or direct agreements.

4. Pricing and Taxation (Canary Islands and Export)

As our registered office is located in the Canary Islands, the applicable tax regime varies depending on the destination and the customer type:

  • For B2C Customers (Private Individuals): The prices displayed on the website for orders shipped to Italy or Peninsular Spain are to be understood as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means the final price already includes taxes, customs duties, and customs clearance fees. The customer will not be required to pay anything upon delivery.

  • For B2B Customers (Wholesale): Prices are to be understood as net of VAT and all other taxes. Shipment is typically made under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms or according to specifically agreed-upon Incoterms. The B2B customer is responsible for the payment of VAT and customs duties in the country of destination upon receipt of the goods.

5. Products

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website. Product images may differ slightly from the actual item due to monitor settings or packaging updates.

6. Payments

We accept payments via credit/debit card (processed through Stripe). Payment is charged at the time the order is confirmed.

7. Applicable Law

The sales contract is governed by Spanish law. For consumers residing in Italy, the mandatory rights provided by Italian consumer protection regulations remain valid.
