A bold and balanced cocktail: the depth of bourbon meets the floral notes of elderflower and an acidic kick, all elevated by the smoothness of cold brew.

Ingredients
Double Coupe Martini glass
2 oz PicoFuerte Cold Brew
8 drops of acid solution (2 g. citric acid + 1 g. malic acid to 100 g. water)
½ oz elderflower syrup
1 + ½ oz bourbon
3–5 drops of foamer (Stillabunt Magic Velvet)
Preparation
Chill the glass.
Pour the PicoFuerte, bourbon, elderflower syrup, acid solution, and foamer into the shaker.
Shake for 10 seconds and pour into the glass.
