Pico Sour

A bold and balanced cocktail: the depth of bourbon meets the floral notes of elderflower and an acidic kick, all elevated by the smoothness of cold brew.


Ingredients

  • Double Coupe Martini glass

  • 2 oz PicoFuerte Cold Brew

  • 8 drops of acid solution (2 g. citric acid + 1 g. malic acid to 100 g. water)

  • ½ oz elderflower syrup

  • 1 + ½ oz bourbon

  • 3–5 drops of foamer (Stillabunt Magic Velvet)


​Preparation

  • Chill the glass.

  • Pour the PicoFuerte, bourbon, elderflower syrup, acid solution, and foamer into the shaker.

  • Shake for 10 seconds and pour into the glass.
